Zarment is an apparel production platform that provides Manufacturing on Demand and Custom Printing on various clothing options. We provide services from sketch to stitch. Creating custom clothing for a variety of personal, organizational, or company needs is becoming easier with integrated services offered by Zarment.

We are an online company, so we don’t have a physical store.

You can use Zarment Online Editor to upload and adjust the appearance of the design on the product, or contact our designer for design assistance services.

Yes, we offer design services for minor changes. However we can’t create your design from scratch. We only help with the setting and optimizing your design to ensure the highest quality result.

We prefer and recommend that PDF files should be provided. Regardless, any file compatible with Photoshop or Illustrator: PSD, PDF, PNG, TIFF or JPG can be processed.

We are using an digital sample proof on the Zarment Online Editor to see how your design will look like. Our standard procedure is that we do not provide physical sample. The understanding is that design will be produce exactly as provided by you. You cannot make any changes once order is placed.


You could start by selecting the clothing you would like to customize and using our Online Editor to start customizing and placing an order.

From just one to over one thousand, Zarment can print as many items as you need.

Some items that uses screen printing or embroidery may have different minimums.

    • Screen printing: Minimum quantity is 12. (If your design contains more than 3 colors, higher minimums may apply.)
    • Embroidery: Minimum quantity is 50.
    • The minimum quantity for each product is noted in the product description on each individual product page. Please contact us if you have questions.

The price listed on our platform is final and cannot be negotiated.

Price shown on the website has not include shipping cost. Shipping cost will be calculated later at checkout, after entering your shipping address information.

We are sorry but we currently do not accept exchanging size or design after an order is placed. Clothes can only be exchanged if there is an error from us, such as shipping an incorrect size, product defects or image printing errors.

For this time being, you can order different kind of products by uploading the file manually one by one on every product page.

It depends on the product, quantity and customization of your orders. Our turnaround time can range from only 1 day to 1 month.

Your design will be created exactly as provided, you cannot make any changes or cancel once order is placed. Please check your design before placing an order.

With 100% satisfaction guaranteed, if you’re not happy with the results (according to Terms & Conditions) you can contact us about the damage, ship the order back to us, and we’ll fix it right away.


We accept major debit cards and credit cards (Mastercard and Visa), bank transfer and Paypal.

Credit/Debit card: Your credit/debit card will automatically be charged by our financial service provider. Your order will begin processing after all necessary verification have been completed.

For the time being, we only accept bank transfers payments through to Bank Central Asia (BCA) accounts.

Payment on delivery isn’t possible at Zarment.

For shipments to all regions in Indonesia, we use a third party shipping provider such as JNE, J&T and Pos Kilat.

There is a possibility that your receipt number has not been inputted to the system by by the shipping provider . Usually you could track your order 24 hours after your order is confirmed. If after 24 hours you still cannot track your order, you can contact us, and we will help you verify and follow-up with the shipping provider until your package arrives safely at the destination.
